the staff was really friendly and helpful. I booked ONE night and added another without any fuss. They even gave me the same room, great. Parking felt safe and secure to.
the room felt a bit dated and the mattress wasn't great. I could feel the springs, sadly. the noise from some event downstairs was REALLY loud and went on late.

The bathroom was a good size. i found plenty of complimentary toiletries were available, helpful. the bus stop to the city was right outside. Made getting around easy.

The staff was AMAZING!!! gary, in the breakfast room, was an absolute asset. he remembered my preferences every morning, such a thoughtful touch. i found the room very clean and modern in style. I even had a lovely park view.
i noticed a slightly wonky plug socket near the kettle, which does need some attention.

the room had sufficient size and was clean, which i valued. the room offered a double bed and a single bed. i found the cleanliness very satisfactory. the location was convenient for public transport.
